Summary :

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to join our team in Wakefield, MA. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of remote work with the benefits of in-person collaboration. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering products that support professional services engagements, and familiarity with Salesforce-based solutions and tools used by associations or membership organizations.

As a Product Manager, you will lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, services, and client success. You'll be responsible for defining product strategy, gathering requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions that drive client value and business growth.

Preference for local candidates to work out of our Wakefield, MA office 3 days / week.

Here's what you'll do :

  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and client needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle.
  • Ensure products are designed to support professional services delivery and client engagement.
  • Manage product launches, including internal enablement and client rollout.
  • Monitor product performance and client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, Salesforce ecosystem updates, and association technology needs.

As our next Product Manager, you will bring :

Required Qualifications :

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management or a related role.
  • Experience delivering products that support professional services engagements.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with Salesforce-based products, including custom applications and integrations.
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms used by associations or membership organizations.
  • Understanding of CRM, workflow automation, and data management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including services, engineering, and client success.
  • Certifications in product management (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM, CSPO) or Salesforce (e.g., Admin, App Builder) are a plus.
  • The target hiring range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 USD (annually). The starting base salary will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors.
