Must-Have Skills / Experience :

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Labor & Delivery
• Strong skills in monitoring active labor patients
• Ability to float within the hospital as needed

Description :

This position requires working in a labor and delivery unit.

Candidates must have experience in labor monitoring and couplet care.

Patient ratios include a 1 : 1 ratio for active labor and 3 : 1 for couplet care.

The equipment used includes intermediate fetal monitoring and electronic health records.

Candidates must have up-to-date titers within the last 12 months for MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and TB.

A 10-panel drug test, including opiates, is required.

All background checks must be cleared prior to starting; no exceptions.

Mandatory reporter certifications for both child and adult are required.

Candidates should be prepared to work night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.
