Solution Architect - EPM Technologies (Remote with Travel | U.S. Based)

Salary : Competitive, based on experience

The Opportunity

  • Lead the design and implementation of innovative EPM solutions using platforms like Anaplan, Pigment, or similar.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges across domains such as Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain.
  • Engage directly with executive stakeholders to define platform vision and roadmap.
  • Contribute to strategic workshops and discovery sessions that shape long-term planning ecosystems.
  • Support sales cycles by scoping deliverables and demonstrating platform capabilities.
  • Travel up to 25% based on client needs and preferences.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and execute multi-stream service engagements, managing data flows and stakeholder alignment.
  • Translate business requirements into agile sprint plans and technical deliverables.
  • Advise on data integration strategies and common data sources.
  • Co-manage project scope, budget, and timeline alongside engagement leads.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster professional development through client and internal initiatives.
  • Participate in internal strategic projects to support business growth and innovation.

    • Required Technical Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 4+ years in consulting or industry roles, with 2+ years as a Certified Architect in Anaplan, Pigment , or similar EPM platforms.
  • Pigment experience is a major plus and highly valued for this role.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, communicate with executives, and manage complex technical projects.
  • Experience mentoring junior resources and driving accountability across teams.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and data architecture across multiple domains.
