• Oversee the delivery and deployment process of embedded software for automotive applications.
• Coordinate the North America Software Deployment Steering Committee and manage end-to-end software delivery.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless software integration.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and monitor potential project risks.
• Support and mentor junior team members and peers; serve as a trainer or coach.
• Demonstrate commitment to lifelong learning and share technical knowledge.
• Develop a T-shaped skill profile by deepening technical expertise and broadening general knowledge.
• Build influence and work confidently within the broader company network.
• Clearly articulate value creation and contributions to the team and business area.
• Apply strong technical expertise in embedded software, coordination, and problem-solving.
• Require 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
• Possess excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Work onsite in Greensboro, NC, with a long-term duration.
