Four Winds Hospitals, A Leading Provider of Psychiatric Inpatient Services in Northern Westchester that treats children adolescents and adults, is seeking a Nurse Manager. A Nursing Clinical and Administrative leader of an inpatient unit.

Responsibilities :

Responsible for the provision and management of a safe and therapeutic milieu for patients.

Acts as a clinical role model providing leadership, teaching and supervision to unit nursing staff.

Works alongside the unit Program Director and Medical Director to deliver a team approach to patient care.

Active NYS RN license and 2 years nursing leadership or nursing experience required.

BSN preferred.

Experienced based salary scale starting at $52.00 per hour with additional for, education, leadership experience and formal certification in bi-lingual language proficiency.
