This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building strong workplace culture. In this role, youll support employees and leadership in a growing manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations while improving processes and enhancing the overall employee experience. Responsibilities include benefits administration, recruitment, employee relations, HRIS management, compliance, and HR projects.

Responsibilities

Administer employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, FMLA, workers compensation, and disability programs

Conduct new hire orientations and assist with annual open enrollment processes

Support recruitment efforts, including interviewing and onboarding hourly and temporary employees

Advise managers and employees on HR policies and employee relations concerns

Conduct exit interviews and help implement strategies to improve retention

Maintain HRIS records, compile reports, and support Affirmative Action planning

Collaborate with managers and supervisors to interpret and enforce HR policies consistently

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) requirements

Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and organizational initiatives

Provide occasional front desk support as needed

Qualifications

Associates degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

25 years of progressive HR experience (manufacturing environment strongly preferred)

Strong working knowledge of HR regulations including FMLA, COBRA, ERISA, and ADA

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Paylocity experience a plus

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to groups

Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Must be able to work on-site (this is not a remote or hybrid role)

Must be a U.S. person as defined under ITAR (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee)

Must pass a drug test and background check

$50,000 $60,000 Per Year

Schedule

Monday Friday | 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
