Mandarich Law Group, a leading creditor's rights law firm with offices across CA, NV, IL, MI, OH, GA, and FL, is seeking an Associate Attorney for our Kennesaw, GA office

What You'll Do :

  • Draft and review Summons & Complaints, Judgments, Settlement Agreements, Discovery, and other related legal documents.
  • Handle litigation motions and responses, including drafting, reviewing, and filing necessary motions during litigation.
  • Communicate with attorneys, employers, and consumers to resolve accounts and legal matters.
  • Review lawsuits and legal pleadings for ongoing and new cases.
  • Manage court coverage placements, including requesting coverage, attaching necessary documents, and ensuring proper orders are in place for court appearances.

Qualifications :

  • Licensed to practice law in Georgia; additional licenses in other states (SC, IA, MO, KS, NY, NV, NE, ID, CA, WA, OR, AK, HI, NC) are a plus.
  • Comfortable appearing in court and punctual in attendance, using your own transportation.
  • Willing to travel; travel expenses are reimbursed per IRS mileage rates and company policy.
  • Strong multitasking, verbal, and written communication skills for managing a high-volume caseload.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
