Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree

 Minimum of 5+ years of progressive finance experience focused on FPA

Position Overview

industry experience required – ABA industry experience preferred.

Our Finance Manager is a key leader, who will take charge of FPA, helping define critical financial and

operational metrics, while also managing outsourced accounting and revenue cycle management (RCM).

This is a challenging position for an ambitious finance professional who aspires to be a key player on a

dedicated and nimble leadership team determined to challenge convention.

Key Results Area 1 : FP&A

Financial Analysis : Provide timely, operationally-focused analysis of periodic financial results (month,

quarter, year) so management can take action to improve the business

Company Performance : Implement operationally-focused KPI's to track the Company's progress across

finance, client services, and business clinical operations (e.g., budget, RCM, marketing, client intake,

recruiting, labor utilization, client employee retention)

Key Results Area 2 : Vendor Management

Accounting : Manage outsourced accounting vendor to ensure timely close at month- and quarter-end

for rapid analysis of results so management can take action

RCM : Manage outsourced RCM vendor to ensure smooth and efficient revenue / operating cycle with

insurance payers.
