As a Senior Materials Representative Cycle Counting, you'll play a key role in our Materials Operations team, ensuring the accuracy of inventory and cycle counts across our facilities. From preparing and organizing for cycle counts to reconciling variances, you'll help maintain smooth material flows and reliable reportingall critical to keeping production on track.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Inventory Management & Accuracy

• Prepare and organize areas for inventory cycle counts; consolidate parts, ensure FIFO rotation, and verify receipts and scrap.
• Perform cycle counts across buildings, off-site warehouses, and yard inventory.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory variances using strong problem-solving skills.
• Conduct yard checks to ensure trailer records are accurate in Trackx.
• Develop, audit, and manage SOPs to improve accuracy in inventory transactions.
• Play a key role in annual physical inventory.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate shipments with the materials team and validate incoming shipments for accuracy.
