Customer Service Representative

From our headquarters in Libertyville, IL Snap-on Credit provides financing to technicians, students of automotive technical institutions, and shop owners for the purchase of Snap-on hand tools, power tools, tool storage, and diagnostic products through our Extended Credit program.
Primary responsibility is to provide customer service and support to field sales personnel.
Responsibilities
Major responsibilities :
- Receive and resolve complex transactional information from field sales personnel
- Review, process and troubleshoot customer credit applications and contracts
- Support field sales personnel in a professional and efficient manner enabling seamless financing transaction
- Exercise due diligence with proper documentation and audits on customer applications and purchased contracts

Monday : 9 : 30am-6 : 00pm or 10 : 30am-7 : 00pmTuesday : 9 : 30am-6 : 00pm, 10 : 30am-7 : 00pm or 12 : 30pm-9 : 00pmWednesday : 9 : 30am-6 : 00pm, 10 : 30am-7 : 00pm or 12 : 30pm-9 : 00pmThursday : 9 : 30am-6 : 00pm, 10 : 30am-7 : 00pm or 12 : 30pm-9 : 00pmFriday : 9 : 30am-6 : 00pm or 10 : 30am-7 : 00pmSaturday : 9 : 00am-1 : 00pm (roughly two per quarterwhen worked, option of overtime or half day off)Training for the first few months may begin as early as 8 : 00am. Office environment, business casual dress code, occasional overtime may be required.
