We seek an experienced UX / UI Designer who can help our organization by playing a key role in shaping how users interact with our product, from initial concept through to polished UI. What you'll do :

We’re seeking a user‑focused Product Designer who combines strong UX / UI design skills with hands‑on experience in usability testing and analytics tools. You’ll play a key role in shaping how users interact with our product, from initial concept through to polished UI. You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and customers to ensure our experiences are intuitive, measurable, and impactful. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives on solving complex workflows, attentive to details when designing UI and confident conducting usability testing directly with end users and analysing results.

  • Design user‑centered solutions across the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to final UI.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing with real users to validate design decisions.
  • Setting up and leveraging data and insights from analytics tools and session replay / analytics tools to understand user behaviour and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create mock‑ups and interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers and engineers to align on solutions that balance user needs and business goals.
  • Continuously iterate designs based on feedback, research insights, and performance metrics.

What will make us REALLY love you :

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
  • Solid portfolio demonstrating experience in UX / UI design for web and mobile apps.
  • Proficiency with Figma or Sketch.
  • Experience with usability testing methodologies—remote, moderated / unmoderated.
  • Familiarity with product analytics and user behaviour tools (like Pendo, Hotjar, Mixpanel ect.).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
