Hematology Oncology Nurse Practitioner, Indiana Flexible Hematology-Oncology APP locums assignment in Indiana, near Indianapolis; outpatient-focused with light call. Highlights Flexible weekday hours; choose between 8 : 00 a.m. and 5 : 30 p.m. Balanced mix of oncology and benign hematology Rotating call every 4th-5th week Credentialing in 90 days, start in early 2026 Practice Setting Mix of inpatient, outpatient, and some telehealth Majority outpatient with consults and weekend rounding during call weeks Schedule Monday to Friday, 36 hours / week of patient care Q4-Q5 call rotation; one full week at a time Weekend rounding required only during call weeks Cases and Procedures 70% oncology, 30% benign hematology 15-18 patients / day APPs round on existing patients; consults managed by on-call provider Requirements Indiana license (or IMLC) Board Certification required BLS certification Travel Accommodations Airfare, hotel, rental car, and mileage all covered Interested in a consistent locums role with schedule flexibility?
