Human Resource Administrator

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Human Resource Administrator to join their team. As a Human Resource Administrator, you will be part of the HR department supporting the organization's employee relations, recruitment, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title : Human Resource Administrator Location : Rocky Mount, NC Pay Range : $21 Shift : Monday through Thursday, 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm; Friday, 9 : 00 am - 1 : 00 pm What's the Job? Plan, coordinate, and direct all functions of employee relations including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Maintain payroll records, process bi-weekly payroll, and verify wage reports accurately. Administer orientation programs and initiate personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures. Assist management in formulating policies, resolving personnel issues, and documenting employee files. Serve as a liaison during negotiations with employee organizations and handle employee benefit setups and accident reports. What's Needed? Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple HR functions effectively. Ability to analyze and resolve personnel problems and complaints professionally. Experience or willingness to learn payroll processing and employee record management. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
