Technology Lead - Java, Web services

We are seeking a Technology Lead with experience in Java, Web services. The role is full-time and locations include Tampa, FL, Dallas, TX, and Jersey City, NJ.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technologies is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience with Java, J2EE, JQuery, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, XML, Web services, Spring MVC, Struts
• At least 4 years of experience in translating functional / non-functional requirements to system requirements
• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
• At least 4 years of experience in Design and architecture review
• Ability to work in a team environment and client interfacing skills
• Ability to work in a team in a diverse / multiple stakeholder environment
• At least 2 years of experience in the Financial Services domain
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
