Job Overview
Client is seeking an Enterprise Applications & Endpoint Administrator to be resident in our Indianapolis office. This position manages and supports the firm's enterprise applications and endpoint devices. They ensure the smooth operation of the document management system, legal software, and other critical applications. This role involves deploying, configuring, and maintaining endpoint devices, such as laptops and mobile devices, ensuring they comply with security policies. They also provide third-tier technical support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with other IT teams to integrate endpoint devices with the firm's network and server infrastructure. Additionally, they manage software updates, patches, and disaster recovery processes to maintain system reliability and security. This position requires staying updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to recommend and implement improvements.
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage enterprise applications and endpoint systems, with a focus on Microsoft technologies including EntraID, Intune, and Endpoint Manager.
- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of enterprise applications and endpoints.
- Develop and enforce endpoint management policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot application and endpoint-related issues.
- Collaborate with IT, legal, and business teams to understand and address technology needs.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities related to enterprise applications and endpoints.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices in enterprise application and endpoint management.
- Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Assist Enterprise Applications Manager in managing projects for the department as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise application and endpoint management, preferably in a law firm or similar environment.Expertise in Microsoft-based technologies, including Intune, Endpoint Manager, and EntraID.Expertise with document management systems, i.e. iManage, preferred.Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Endpoint Administrator Associate) are a plus.Exceptional customer service orientation.Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.Keen attention to detail.Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.J-18808-Ljbffr
