Qualifications : High School Degree or Equivalent RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Previous experience working with children or individuals with behavioral needs preferred Previous experience working in schools preferred Role Overview : A School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) implements Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), focusing on improving behavior and teaching skills for students with special needs. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development. Job Details : Dates : ASAP- 6 / 5 / 2026 Hours : 7am- 3 : 30pm Setting : High School and Transition Building In-person only Key Responsibilities : Work under a BCBA's supervision to carry out behavior intervention plans and therapy programs designed for students with autism or developmental disabilities. Keep detailed and accurate records of student behavior, skill development, and responses to interventions. Use positive reinforcement strategies to help students learn new skills and improve social, communication, and other functional behaviors. Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to discuss progress, coordinate activities, and advocate for student needs. Implement strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and promote positive behaviors.
