Overview :

Under the direction of the Enterprise Services Manager (ESM) or Area Operations Manager (AOM), support daily operations, implementations, expansions, and administration of all Managed Services Accounts within an assigned operational area. Provide on-site customer support across multiple client locations and assist with onboarding, process improvements, and compliance.

Responsibilities :

Support daily operations for contracted services across assigned geographical area.

Assist management with process improvements, procedural testing, and ensuring field compliance with best practices.

Support Field Implementation Managers with new account implementations and expansions.

Assist with onboarding and cross-training team members.

Develop, review, and maintain Site Procedure Guides for accuracy and compliance.

Perform daily visual inspections for service and safety compliance.

Provide customer feedback and escalate issues to management for resolution.

Cover for onsite personnel during absences, vacations, or training.

Travel between multiple customer sites within the operational area.

Collect data and support Monthly Operations Reviews.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent.

1-3 years' related experience preferred; experience in headquarters environment a plus.

Strong organizational, coordination, and customer service skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and audio-visual equipment.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Ability to travel between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale and work at different job sites.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.; assistance available.

Outgoing personality with problem-solving skills.

Legal experience preferred (for reception / coordination duties).
