Join our team of experienced heavy equipment operators specializing in quarry and project site operations in central and south Florida. We produce rip rap and specialty aggregate materials across multiple project sites and rock quarries. This role involves operating heavy equipment, ensuring workplace safety, and maintaining production targets. The ideal candidate will live within 30 miles of Lhoist Lowell Mine in Ocala and within 30 miles of Center Hill or Webster to provide flexibility in supporting both new and existing quarry locations. Compensation and Benefits

• Pay : Starting at $23-$24+ / hour based on experience and skills.
• Hours : Expected 40-55 hours per week, including regular overtime.
• Benefits : Health insurance; 401(k) with company matching; Paid time off for vacation and sick days; 8 paid holidays each year
