A rapidly growing investment advisory firm is seeking a Client Service Associate to join its high-performing team. This role offers hands-on experience in client relations, portfolio operations, and investment analysis, with access to cutting-edge tools like FactSet, Bloomberg, and Morningstar Direct. Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-touch service to sophisticated clients
Process account openings, transfers, trades, and other transactions
Prepare performance reports and support client meetings
Maintain accurate client documentation and ensure compliance
Monitor client communications and portfolio needs
Reconcile client accounts with custodial records

Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Series 65 a plus
5+ years of experience in financial services (wealth / asset management, brokerage, or banking)
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred
Familiarity with Fidelity, Schwab, Black Diamond, and Morningstar is a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
