Bookkeeper
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements.
Qualifications :
- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Associate's degree in accounting or relevant field is preferred
Responsibilities :
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting processProcess accounts receivable / payable and handle payroll in a timely mannerPrepare financial statements and reports for managementReconcile bank statements, general ledgers, and process refundsAssist with budget preparation and financial auditsMaintain complete filing system to support financial records
