What You'll Do
We are looking for a passionate client-focused and solution-oriented Customer Success Manager to join the team! You'll work closely with our pharma and agency partners to help them unlock the full potential of our platform, drive adoption of our solutions, and build long-term, trusted relationships.
- Serve as the strategic partner and day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring their success with Doceree's solutions, fostering long-term client satisfaction and retention
- Leverage your understanding of HCP engagement and pharma advertising to guide clients in designing and optimising campaigns that meet their business and compliance objectives
- Lead seamless onboarding and training experiences for new clients , ensuring alignment on goals, KPIs, and technical implementation
- Act as a platform expert and trusted advisor , helping clients fully leverage Doceree's capabilities - including targeting, measurement, and reporting tools - to maximise performance
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights with product, engineering, and commercial teams to influence platform improvements and innovation
- Proactively address client concerns and troubleshoot problems by collaborating cross-functionally to deliver fast and effective solutions
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client partnerships , aligned with client needs and business goals
Who You Are
3+ years of experience in Customer Success , Account Management , or Client Services within the AdTech , or digital media spaceHealthcare / pharma experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems , campaign performance metrics , and digital media buying processesExperience working with pharmaceutical clients / accounts , particularly with an HCP targeting focusExceptional communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and simplify complex topicsData-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendationsStrong project management skills, comfortable managing multiple projects and client priorities in a fast-paced , evolving environmentHighly collaborative , proactive , and results-orientedBenefits
