High-Acuity Experience : Work in a Level III / IV NICU with approximately 4,000 deliveries annually, offering a dynamic and rewarding clinical environment.

Diverse Practice Settings : Rotate through our Level II nurseries in Auburn and Puyallup, gaining broad experience across different care levels.

Qualifications

Current, board certified / eligible NNP specialty certification

Minimum of a master’s degree

Benefits And Compensation

Pay Range (Base Pay) : $135,000 - $176,000 based on years of experience as licensed NNP.

Other Types of Pay : Bonus potential

Regular Full-time Is Classified As Team Members Who Are Consistently Scheduled And Work 30 Hours Or More On a Weekly Basis. Regular Full-time Team Members Are Eligible For The Following
