Job Summary
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. You will work directly with clients and their families and target the skills that will provide them with the highest quality of life and independence. Responsibilities
Perform intakes and assessmentsCreate individualized treatment plans for each clientUse evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatmentsMaintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment planAdhere to all facility and licensing standardsProvide initial and ongoing staff education and training on client behavioral and skill acquisition protocolsProvide positive and constructive feedback to staff regarding clinical and professional skills on a regular basisCollaborate with the treatment team including client, parents and caregivers as well as any outside professionals (i.e. school staff , speech therapist, occupational therapist, etc.)Update & maintain data collection systems & disseminate information to the teamProvide direct modeling and support in 1 : 1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching, errorless teaching and natural environment trainingLearn ethical billing standards and abide by these standards when working with clientsAttend and engage in team meetingsOther tasks assigned by supervisor (non-billable time)Qualifications
Master degree in Psychology, behavior, education or related fieldeld,Pass background checkValid drivers licenseLicense in Kansas and Missouri (Preferred)Previous experience as a BCBA preferredBasic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified (Preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organizedBenefits / Perks
