Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of HRIS Analysts while fostering a collaborative environment
Oversee configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday HCM and make key decisions on system direction
Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and other departments, translating functional requirements into technical solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5-7 years of HR systems experience supporting HR and Total Rewards
5+ years of Workday experience
2+ years managing a team of HRIS professionals
Expertise in Workday Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning
