As a Technical Support Tech I, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting end users with their technical needs. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Provides support to end users on a variety of technical issues.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems efficiently.
• Responds to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support.
• Documents, tracks, and monitors problems to ensure timely resolution.
• Works under immediate supervision while relying on instructions and pre-established guidelines.
