Responsibilities :
- Accurately record and manage daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and expenses.
- Prepare daily financial and cash flow reports; maintain the general ledger.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable with timely processing and collections.
- Process payroll, calculate wages, and manage deductions.
- Maintain organized financial records and assist with tax preparation and compliance.
- Oversee daily office operations and develop procedures to enhance productivity.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, recordkeeping, and compliance programs (drug / alcohol and ITAR background checks).
- Manage insurance policies and renewals while ensuring confidentiality in all HR and administrative matters.
Requirements :
Proven bookkeeping experience and understanding of accounting principles (CPB certification a plus).Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (NetSuite or Oracle preferred).Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking abilities.High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Benefits & Perks :
