Overview

We are looking for an Intake Nurse (RN) to join our team and care for our diverse patient population.

Schedule

• This position offers a temporary full-time schedule for approximately 60 to 90 days.
• 12-Hour Shifts : 36-40 hours per week.
• After the temporary full-time period, the role may transition to a PRN (as-needed) status.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Director of Assessments and Referrals, the Intake Nurse is responsible to screen patient admissions and communicate information to the physician to determine if patient meets level of care. This position works closely with nursing department, clinical staff and Intake department to ensure timely admission of patients. This position will contribute to department meetings, quality initiatives and maintain services within TJC requirements.
