A company is looking for a Senior Admissions Advisor to assist adult learners in achieving their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Guide prospective students through their decision-making process and communicate the university's value proposition

Document and track student interactions and maintain relationships to ensure a smooth enrollment process

Assist in new hire training and mentor fellow admission advisors to improve performance and knowledge

Required Qualifications

An earned bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

At least one year of experience as an Admissions Advisor or Success Coach

Must be in good standing in performance evaluations

Outgoing personality with a desire to encourage others to succeed

Ability to lead change effectively
