Business Analyst Specialist || McLean, VA

Role : : Business Analyst Specialist

Location : Onsite from Day 1 McLean, VA (Monday to Friday)-F2F Interview (locals Only)

Type : Contract

Must-Haves :

Experience with OneTrust (not just as an end user, but actual configuration, creating assessments, and stakeholder-based builds).

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, JIRA maintenance, Excel proficiency, and ability to query using SQL.

Note : Experience in similar tools (like ServiceNow, ProcessUnity) is acceptable if OneTrust experience is limited.

Qualifications :

10 or more years of related analysis, testing and implementation experience.

1 or more years of OneTrust system implementation experience preferred.

8 or more years of experience in using enterprise tools like JIRA, MS office suite and sharepoint.

Greater than 8 years of requirement analysis and mapping as-is, to-be process flows.

Greater than 5 years of experience in data analysis, using industry tools (Preferred)

o R

o Python

College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies / degree preferred

Strong quantitative, analytic, and management skills

Experience with technology and system implementation

Ability to communicate with technical as well as non-technical audiences to ensure quality solutions

A self-starter who can execute objectives and plans with minimal to no supervision.

Ability to scribe and keep on top of all decisions made, become the go-to person for internal and external stakeholders for system, process and data related questions.

Prior project management experience is preferred

Prior experience with third party risk management or the financial industry a plus

Prior experience with SaaS solution implementation is a plus.
