Responsibilities
Drafting and reviewing legal documents for second level review of the Supervising AttorneyOrganize case files, track legal deadlines and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants on case logisticsShadow a senior or supervising attorney for appearances in Mediation, Court, and Sheriff's SalesAssist in preparation in advance of appearancesCollaborate with members of the state teamActively participate in weekly state meetingsEngage with Supervising Attorney in a one-on-one weekly meetingRequirements
J.D., licensed and in good standing in all jurisdictionsAbility to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented mannerExceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and be adaptable to continual changeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSeniority level
