Key Responsibilities
Manage a large volume of phone and email communication, including securing referral orders and responding to customer queries
Verify eligibility, benefits, and authorization for items or services requested from payer sources
Coordinate the delivery of medical equipment and healthcare services while maintaining accurate patient and provider information
Required Qualifications
High school diploma / GED desired; equivalent professional experience preferred
Must comply with continuing education requirements as per company and regulatory standards
Customer service focused with a high degree of integrity and trust
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain strong time management and organization skills
Knowledge of healthcare industry billing and coding terminologies such as ICD-10, HCPCS, and CPT
