Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of knowledge about products and services to address customer needs efficiently.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, surveys, or service check-ups.

The pay range for this role is :

19.70 - 30.61 USD per hour(Remote (Richmond, Kentucky, US))

20.21 - 32.31 USD per hour(Remote (Paducah, Kentucky, US))
