Product Quality Evaluator

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Product Quality Evaluator with our client in their Sunnyvale, CA or Omaha, NE location. This is a 12-month contract remote or hybrid position. Summary : We are looking for a Product Quality Evaluator to join our team. Responsibilities : Test user flows for the next generation of products across various platforms and browsers. Key focus area on search quality. Work with engineers, team leaders, and product managers to provide member perspective on features such that they meet market needs with respect to functionality, usability, performance, accessibility, and security. Partner with engineering to identify and report issues. Verify bugs are fixed and provide sign-off verification to engineering. Author and execute test cases based on product specs and member behavior. Maintain test case repository as source of truth for expected product behavior and test coverage. Analyze members reported issues and recommend test coverage improvements. Be able to estimate the level of effort, balance and prioritize multiple projects in parallel. Effectively present technical and functional details to senior leaders with both technical and non-technical backgrounds and provide recommendations on product readiness for public launch. Requirements : BE / BS / BA degree required. 1+ years' experience in one or more of the following areas : User Testing, Product Evaluation, Quality Assurance, User Experience, Program / Project Management, Test Engineering, or Technical Support. 1+ year JIRA knowledge. Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position. Preferred Qualifications : Experience in GenAI testing and output scoring. Experience in Agile methodologies. Experience with SQL and database structures is a plus. Experience with APIs is a plus. High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
