Aftermarket Sales and Service Consultant
Reports to : Aftermarket Sales & Service Leader

Primary Responsibility : This position is responsible for business development and direct sales of Master Service Agreements and any relevant parts and equipment to current and prospective customers within the Power Generation market.
This consultative sales position requires strong virtual and phone presentation skills, ability to work across many departments and stakeholders, industrial sales knowledge, and listening and problem-solving skills. By consulting with your targeted customers and internal stakeholders, you will design optimized service solutions packages which improve customers' business processes and maintenance of their equipment. This is a corporate-based sales role, and the territory will support MIRATECH's various customers throughout the United States and Canada.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities :
- Prepares and executes detailed client presentations explaining the value of MIRATECH's service agreement offering, including but not limited to field technicians services, preventive maintenance, site and operator training, and remote troubleshooting support packages.
- Works directly with our field service technicians, project managers, and sales leadership team to develop custom quotes and drive sales of service agreement packages to both new and existing customers.
- Performs productivity analysis of customers' current equipment startup and maintenance approach presenting the value of signing up for a MIRATECH service agreement.
- Provides cadenced update on opportunity pipeline with customer feedback on wins and losses.
- Closely monitors customer satisfaction with their service agreements, assuring more successful renewal rates and customer retention when the term ends.
- Ensures service appointments are scheduled and executed correctly with project scheduling teams.
- Responds to customer requests, generates new proposals, maintains a CRM customer database in Salesforce, proposes new Marketing campaigns, and continuously follows up to secure deals.
- Continuously expands knowledge of customer equipment and processes to determine best consultative sales approach.
- Plan and participate in customer visits, trade shows, and other industry events occasionally and as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Live in the Tulsa Oklahoma area or willing to relocate.Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience.Experience with business-to-business service agreement or aftermarket sales with a track record of achieving ambitious sales.Experience with the use of CRM or other large database.Knowledge of engine driven generators, construction sites and processes is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and time management.High energy with a positive, courteous attitude.Works cross functionally in a team environment with many different stakeholders.Proficient use of technology, i.e. Microsoft Office products, including Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Benefits and Perks :
