Key Responsibilities of the Operating Room RN :

Provide perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers in maintaining a sterile and safe surgical environment.

Prepare instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures.

Monitor patients for any signs of complications and respond promptly.

Collaborate closely with surgical and post-anesthesia care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements :

Active Colorado RN license (or compact license).

Minimum of 2 years of recent Operating Room experience.

BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
