We’re looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who’s ready to make a real impact—not just check boxes. If you’ve worked in a clinic or center setting before, you know how important structure, support, and collaboration are. That’s exactly what we offer.

This role is center-based, Monday through Friday, and designed for someone who wants to focus on quality care without burning out. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team that values your input, respects your time, and gives you the tools to do your job well.

What you’ll actually be doing :

  • Supervising RBTs and BTs with clarity and consistency
  • Writing and adjusting treatment plans based on real data and real progress
  • Communicating with families in a way that builds trust and keeps them informed
  • Working with a Clinical Manager and / or Program Manager who handles scheduling (and more) so you can focus on the clinical side

    • What we’re looking for :

  • BCBA certification (required)
  • Experience in a clinic or center setting is preferred
  • Someone who’s confident, organized, and good with people
  • Comfortable using ABA platforms and basic tech tools
  • Physically able to engage with kids during sessions (yes, that means getting on the floor sometimes)
