Our Luxury Retail Client is seeking a Jewelry Sales Specialist to join a growing sales team in Mount Laurel, NJ. Full-time and Part-time positions available. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is needed.

Location :

  • Mt. Laurel, NJ

Compensation :

  • Base Pay : $18-$25 / hour
  • Commission : 2% of all personal sales

    • Hours :

  • Full-Time : ~40 hours / week
  • Part-Time : ~20 hours / week
  • Weekend availability required

    • Start Date : End of August 2025

    Our Luxury Retail client is seeking passionate, customer-focused Jewelry Sales Specialists. Youll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, educating customers, and driving sales in a luxury retail environment.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships.
  • Guide clients through jewelry selections with expert product knowledge.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals through consultative selling.
  • Maintain merchandising standards and secure inventory.
  • Handle transactions, special orders, and customer inquiries professionally.

  • Prior experience in jewelry or luxury retail required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for fine jewelry and ability to educate customers.
