A company is looking for a Dental Customer Service Advocate I (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Answer member, provider, and broker inquiries regarding product information, benefits, claims resolution, eligibility, and billing
Provide first-level problem resolution and document all client interactions according to established procedures
Maintain customer records and participate in ongoing education related to new services and industry topics
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Less than one year of customer service experience
Preferred experience in a call center customer service role or familiarity with medical or insurance terminology
Successful completion of provided training
Demonstrated PC navigation and data entry skills
