Job Description
Manage daily on-site construction activities for multifamily projects, including wrap, podium, and garden-style builds. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely project completion. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and enforce company safety policies on-site. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure accuracy and quality. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including project managers and clients, to provide updates on progress. Identify and resolve construction-related issues promptly to minimize delays or cost overruns. Oversee inspections and ensure all work meets building codes and quality standards. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules and reports.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Lead Superintendent should have : Proven expertise in multifamily construction, particularly wrap, podium, and garden-style projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams effectively. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately. A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
