This position is a part of a hybrid work model, 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, based out of the Quill Corporate facility in Lincolnshire, IL.
Target Start Date : June 1, 2026 - August 14, 2026 (11-week program)
Intern Pay Rate : $21 per hour

Position Overview :
We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented intern to join our Marketing Promotions team for the summer. This role will support customer bonding initiatives designed to deepen engagement, loyalty, and brand affinity across our customer base. You'll work closely with the team to execute campaigns, analyze performance, and bring fresh ideas to life.
What You'll Be Doing :
Assist in planning and executing customer bonding campaigns (e.g., personalized outreach, loyalty programs, giveaways)Support the development of promotional materials and messaging across email, social media, and other channelsHelp coordinate customer appreciation events or experiencesMonitor campaign performance and compile reports with insights and recommendationsConduct research on customer engagement trends and competitor strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Sales, Marketing, and MerchandisingProvide administrative support as neededWhat's Needed - Basic Qualifications :
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldMust be a rising junior, enrolled as a full-time student carrying a minimum of 12 college creditsStrong written and verbal communication skillsCreative thinker with a passion for customer experienceProficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Excel, Canva or Figma, Klaviyo or email marketing platforms is a plusOrganized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasksWhat You'll Gain :
