We have an exciting opportunity for a SAP Basis & Security Administrator. This position offers flexibility to work remotely from Texas, or in a hybrid capacity from one of our offices in Arkansas.

POSITION SUMMARY

The SAP BASIS & Security Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting a range of SAP systems and technologies. This role requires expertise in system administration, security, configuration, and performance optimization of SAP environments, including SAP S / 4HANA and SAP RISE. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in SAP BASIS and Security, demonstrating proficiency in provisioning, authentication, authorization, and application-level security.

The successful candidate will work cross-functionally, supporting critical SAP infrastructure and implementation projects, including BTP / Clean Core initiatives. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset are essential.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

System Administration

• Manage, monitor, and maintain various SAP systems.
• Perform installations, upgrades, and configurations for SAP systems.
• Ensure system integrity, availability, performance, and tuning.
• Plan and execute SAP tuning strategies to optimize performance.
• Install and configure SAP database and application servers.
• Monitor SAP environments (e.g., system logs, work processes, traces, dumps, locks, disk space).
