This role provides direct clinical patient care with Tenet's in-house contingent Pool, Trusted Resource Associates. Work directly with Tenet on a Travel Contract, Local Contract or PRN. With this in-house assignment you will be part of the contingent workforce pool, yet, a W-2 Tenet employee direct with Tenet's health system providing you with preferred contracts and contract security.

Local Contract pay currently $48 an hour. Contract pay can change according to market conditions and this rate is not guaranteed. You must speak with a Recruiter to confirm rates at time of signing a 13 week contract.

Education
Required : Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited program.
Preferred : Associate degree.
Experience
Required : 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
Certifications
Required : AHA BLS, Surgical Technology Certification.
Physical Demands
The Surgical Technician is responsible for aseptic technique, setting up the required equipment, instrumentation and sterile supplies as needed for their assigned cases; scrubbing and passing instruments and equipment during surgical procedures; pulling cases as needed, breaking down cases at the end of the procedure, sets up operating room and supplies needed for day / following day's schedule. Available for call on an assigned scheduled basis as required by unit need. Perform other duties as assigned.
