Empellón Midtown, established by Chef and owner, Alex Stupak is hiring a Maitre'd. All applicants must have previous high-volume NYC restaurant experience, be able to multitask and be detail focused while remaining extremely hospitable. The position is full-time or part-time and requires daytime, and evening availability.

You must have experience with :

• High volume and high demand
• Bubbly and welcoming
• NYC Experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to work on weekends, full  availability
• Confident and genuine nature, ability to comfortably engage in a natural dialogue with guests
• Ability to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone, providing information and answering questions for callers, while focusing on etiquette and composure
