NOC Technician II

A company is looking for a NOC Technician II (Network Operations Center).

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and document network infrastructure, escalating issues as necessary

Provide second level technical support and mentor Tier 1 NOC Technicians

Deliver afterhours customer support and ensure adherence to documentation standards

Required Qualifications

Associate Degree in a related field or equivalent training and experience

Telecom Network Operations Center experience required

Knowledge of network protocols and technologies, including DWDM, Ethernet, and MPLS

CCNA, CCNP, JNCIP, or JNCIA SCTE, NCTI Certifications preferred

Ability to work various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and nights
