Technical Delivery Analyst – Observability (Enterprise Technology) | United States - Remote Work (5-10% travel)
Responsibilities
- Support delivery coordination for observability initiatives across ET Products and Services.
- Collect and document use cases from stakeholders to inform and prioritize the observability product roadmap.
- Analyze business and technical requirements related to observability, ensuring they are translated into actionable work items.
- Track delivery progress, manage updates in Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid work management tools (e.g., Service Now, Version One), and support reporting and transparency efforts.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, ensuring feedback is captured and aligned with delivery goals.
- Ensure observability best practices are considered in planning and execution, including metrics, logs, traces, and alerting standards.
- Collaborate with platform, engineering, SRE, and product teams to align observability capabilities with platform and service-level objectives.
- Assist in bridging delivery models, helping Agile customer teams interface effectively with ET's hybrid or traditional processes.
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in roles such as Delivery Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Scrum Analyst.2-3 years of familiarity with observability concepts : metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerting.Exposure to observability tools such as Elastic, MS Insights, OpenTelemetry, ServiceNow, Datadog, or Splunk.Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.Preferred Skills
Experience supporting delivery in technical or platform teams.Proficiency with tools such as ServiceNow, VersionOne, Jira, and MS Project.Familiarity with observability standards or frameworks (e.g., OpenTelemetry, SLI / SLO / SLA definitions).Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Grafana, Kibana, Power BI) to interpret observability data.Ability to create and maintain documentation and dashboards that support delivery transparency and stakeholder engagement.Understanding of incident management workflows and how observability supports root cause analysis and resolution.Exposure to DevOps practices and how observability integrates with CI / CD pipelines and platform reliability.Certifications such as Scrum Master or Agile BA are a plus.About Us
