Real Estate Litigation Attorney

Description We are looking for an experienced Associate Attorney to join our well-established law firm in Media, Pennsylvania. Our practice focuses on community association law, construction litigation, and real estate, serving a diverse range of clients. Responsibilities

Represent clients in legal matters involving community association law, construction litigation, and real estate.

Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and prepare legal briefs, pleadings, and other documentation.

Manage case files using legal and case management software to ensure accurate and timely handling.

Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.

Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and strategic guidance on their cases.

Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions to advocate for clients' interests.

Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure seamless workflow and case management.

Stay updated on legal codes, precedents, and industry regulations relevant to the firm's practice areas.

Handle complex commercial litigation cases, including claim administration and complaint resolution.

Provide expert advice on construction law and commercial real estate matters. Requirements - Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the state bar.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation, commercial law, or related fields.

Proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.

Strong organizational, analytical, and writing skills to handle complex legal matters.

Familiarity with case management software and other legal technology.

Demonstrated expertise in construction litigation and commercial real estate.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (required) with additional state licensure preferred.
