Join our team in the Relay division, where you will work outdoors on a conveyor line sorting plates to be resold. You will be trained to identify and sort 12 different types of plates and will also work on the string line, ensuring rail tracks are within specified measurements. This role offers cross-training opportunities in multiple areas of the division.

Responsibilities

• Work on a conveyor line to check and sort plates for resale.
• Identify and sort 12 different types of plates.
• Measure rail tracks with a string to ensure bends are within 3 / 4ths of an inch.
• Participate in cross-training across the relay division.
• Perform duties that involve heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.

Work Environment

The job is largely outdoors, requiring comfort in various weather conditions. The pick line is covered and equipped with fans and heaters, but you will still be exposed to the elements. Expect to get dirty while working. The position is on the 1st shift, from 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Taylor Mill, Kentucky.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $19.00 / hr.
