Opportunity Details

• Patient volume : 20 patients per day
• Office hours Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM
• Outstanding benefits, including health, dental, life, 401 with up to 6% match, tail coverage
• 10 weeks PTO
• Base Salary : $285K based on experience, $5K for updated BC, $5K for each midlevel supervised
• 50K for Sign-on bonus and 20K for relocation
