Registered Nurse Pulmonary (Night Shift)
Location : Gainesville, FL, 32601
Shift : 12-hr Nights | 07 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM
Job Type : Permanent
Guaranteed Hours : (36 hours / week)
Compensation : Based on experience (Negotiable)
What You Will Do in This Role :
- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
- Advocate for patients as a key member of the interdisciplinary care team.
- Analyze assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses and care priorities.
- Identify and implement individualized care plans and expected outcomes.
- Actively promote and support patient safety at all levels of care.
- Efficiently manage time, supplies, and equipment for quality patient care.
- Educate patients and families about medications, procedures, and treatments.
- Provide ongoing emotional and clinical support throughout the patient's stay. Qualifications :
- Licensure :
Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida or Multistate License
Nursing Diploma or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required
Minimum 1 year of Acute Care RN experience required
Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association (must be obtained before start date)
