StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 12;On Call Pay Rate : $179.45 - $194.25

This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : Start October 27th; 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM onsite with unrestricted night call (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM)
• Total census per provider per shift : Average census 8–15 patients per day; 2–3 daily admissions
• Procedures required :
• Thoracentesis
• Paracentesis (diagnostic and therapeutic)
• Central Line
• Ultrasound-Guided Intravenous Lines (IVs)
• Ventilator Management
• Intubation (preferred, not required)
• Lumbar Punctures
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Meditech
• Support : Mid-Level Support available during peak hours
• Certifications and license required : Board Certified / Board Eligible : Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Life Support (PALS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
• Credentialing timeframe : 30-60 Days; Temps Available
